13-18 HFMYB Teams
There are teams available for 13/14 year old players (Juniors), 15/16 (Seniors), and 17/18 (Big League). These teams are Little League affiliated and home games are played on our 90 foot diamond, Moffitt Field. Full uniforms are provided, with players keeping the hat but returning the shirt and pants. Metal spikes/cleats are allowed in the Senior (16U) and Big League Divisions. Local rules sometimes allow only rubber spikes/cleats in the Juniors (14U) division -- best to check with the coach in late April.
The season for teens 13 to 16 begins the first weekend in May and continues through the end of June. If there is sufficient interest, a “second season” of play runs from early July to early August. The 17/18 League begins play in mid-June and continues until early August. The league includes teams formed by other local towns including, Fairport, Penfield, Brighton, Victor, etc. and all games are played on regulation 90' fields, both locally and in the other towns. This is a travel league.
